Neurovision Project

For two years, I’ve been working with Angela Ragaigne, an orthoptist and neurovision specialist. Knowing that 80% of the visual information we perceive comes from our eyes, we’ve developed a process, a method, and exercises to develop and improve the visual and cognitive abilities of high-level athletes and teams.

Constant neurovisual support

The brain requires constant stimulation to maintain and improve its capabilities. This is why it is essential to integrate cognitive and visio-cognitive support into two training phases:

  • The training phase to optimize cognitive and visio-cognitive performance
  • When an athlete is not actively exercising, this helps keep neural circuits active, prevents capacity degradation, and promotes an effective return to training

Personalized adaptation

Returning to the field is a challenge, and every athlete is unique. That’s why we’ve designed a tailored neurovisual approach, specifically tailored to their needs, background, and sport.

The main areas of work include:

  • Combined motor skills
    Dynamic fusions
    Retinal sensitivity training
    Oculo-podal and oculo-manual training
    Oculo-vestibular training
    Pure visual-cognitive training
