In 2004, I met Sébastien Lavie, a promising 12-year-old New Zealand player. That year, he achieved a remarkable performance, finishing third in the Orange Bowl, one of the most prestigious junior tournaments in the world. As his coach, I had the privilege of contributing to his development and supporting him in his first steps toward the top level.
The years passed, paths evolved, but the bonds remained. In 2019, our collaboration took on a new form: I established the physical training program for young talents at the Lavie Tennis Academy in Auckland, providing my expertise remotely to help these players reach the world’s elite.
