BoFrost
I welcomed the Sales Managers and the Executive Committee of BoFrost, the European leader in home delivery of frozen foods. The 3-day event included participative workshops on active listening, coaching and management, as well as a conference on managing uncertainty
Victoria
I organised a conference for Victoria, a leader in direct sales of jewellery since 1999, for 130 team leaders and sector managers. I shared my experience, with a rich exchange of views on setting objectives, self-confidence and teamwork
